Let's talk about what regular aerial documentation would look like for your specific project.
All plans are monthly retainer agreements. No surprise fees, no per-deliverable nickel-and-diming. One monthly rate covers your scheduled flight, full deliverable package, and archive access.
All retainer plans include: priority scheduling, dedicated project archive, shareable delivery links for lenders and project teams, and a free pre-project site consultation. Retainer agreements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Multi-site and long-term project discounts available — contact us to discuss.
Retainer clients get priority scheduling and typically lock in a recurring flight window (e.g., the second Tuesday of each month). New clients can usually be scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Emergency flights for retainer clients are available within 48 hours subject to weather.
We monitor conditions and reschedule at no extra cost if wind, visibility, or precipitation make safe flight impossible. Colorado weather is predictable — we'll notify you 24 hours in advance if a reschedule is likely.
Our draw inspection packages are formatted to meet standard lender requirements. We've structured our reports to be immediately usable by community banks, credit unions, and private lenders. If your lender has a specific format requirement, let us know — we can adapt.
Reach out by email or phone. We'll do a brief call to understand your project, recommend the right plan, and schedule a free site consultation. First flight is typically within 2 weeks of signing. No deposit required until after the consultation.
